Pin SMW version for older MW versions in CI to 5.1.0

@gesinn-it-gea I think this https://github.com/SemanticMediaWiki/SemanticCompoundQueries/blob/master/composer.json#L32 may be breaking the older MW releases in CI. Not sure how to fix this? So that MW 1.42+ use @dev
