Error when read_vcf

I tried
mymaf <- read_vcf(myvcfs)
Reading file(s): .//WES-N20-0366-b37.vcf, .//WES-N20-0367-b37.vcf, .//WES-N20-0368-b37.vcf, .//WES-N20-0369-b37.vcf
Error in data.table::fread(., select = c(1, 2, 4, 5, 7)) :
Column number 5 (select[4]) is too large for this table, which only has 4 columns.
In addition: Warning message:
In data.table::fread(., select = c(1, 2, 4, 5, 7)) :
Detected 2 column names but the data has 4 columns (i.e. invalid file). Added 2 extra default column names at the end.
Is that a specific format for vcf? My vcf was generate by gatk workflw.

Sorry for the late reply, I did not get any notification about this. @deb0612 I can reproduce this error and will push a fix very soon.

Please reinstall the package from GitHub, it should work now. :)
