Custom Tool-Tip Position #572

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In the current version, the Tool-Tip is always positioned at the centre until there is no space on the sides. I wanted to place the tooltip on the end of my child widget.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great if you could give an option for tooltip alignment with respect to the child. BottomRight, BottomLeft, BottomCentre, LeftBottom, LeftCentre, LeftTop and similarly for all sides and position the arrow accordingly.
