FYI - Cannot install 3.0 at the moment...

Invalid insert query. Requested columns does not match the number keys on inserted data.

It gets as far as adding admin_info_files, but cannot populate it.

Install fails using the release-3.0 branch as well as #9162.

Nit: Note the grammatical error also...
