feature: Search and Replace

Two items:

1. Search (and replace) within a single editor (Ctrl-F / Ctrl-H)
2. Refactor main menu item, to search and replace in the whole project

In both cases I want to be able to step through the results and replace one by one, or go ahead and replace all at once.
