Unit Testing

1) every enzyme of a compartment handle a reaction from this compartment.
2) Reaction from others compartment get a zero value for their son and pon when the space is selecting metabolits to reacto.
3) double check that filters and addresses are correctly seted.
4) chechk the model structure is correct acording the diagram.
