Make a Real-Time simulation plotting

The idea is to be able to plot the compartment current states in real time while simulation is runing

Tasks:

• Implement the cadmium state logger to send model states to a mongoDB database as documents
• Implement a script to subscribe to the DataBase add events to get the new document, parse them and pdate the plot image.
