bug: Tweaks not working in iPad

Description

Hiding tabs, removing recommended post and ads is not working in latest 4.0.3 insta version.

Minimal Reproduction

Patch the 4.0.x Instagram IPA with ScInsta

SCInsta Version

0.7.0

Instagram Version

4.0.0

Install Type

Sideloaded

Device Info

Model: 15 Plus
iOS Version: 18.7.1

Please use Instagram v384 with SCInsta to achieve the proper functionality.

Because before every new release I go through and test every feature as thoroughly as I can to make sure it will work as intended.
