Shutdown Hoverfly

It would be nice if users had the option to shutdown Hoverfly from the new Hoverfly UI.

This should be easy to achieve as Hoverfly has recently gained a shutdown endpoint which can be found at /api/v2/shutdown and accepts a DELETE request.
