Random data spikes

I'm not sure what's going on but I've noticed lately that I'll have crazy high numbers out of no where in the thousands however soon as I restart the cube I'm backdown to my normal readings. Could this be a bad sensor? what should I do to try and fix this

It's happened a few times after it's been on for a couple days it seems like, then I'll reset it and it's back to normal.

However that was the largest spike I've seen, I have a ERV unit that is constantly exchanging air inside so some of the data I've been seeing I don't really believe is correct.

Here's the full history I can also attach the HA CSV if you'd like.

Also if you want to exchange it I'd be happy to mail it back for you to troubleshoot, thanks again for your help!

@StuckAtPrototype Also I'm unable to update on my MacBook Pro M5, ESP says

"Unable to detect device. Please ensure the device is not connected in another application" after I connect it and approve it on Chrome."

Do you know if anyone else has had this issue? I tried to google it but everything is saying something different and drivers I attempted to install are being blocked or just not working.

Didn't know if there was another way to flash it or if it would support OTA updates w/ Home Asst.

@Ch4Br4h Hi! Apologies, I thought I answered this.

What browser are you using? Web Serial only works in Chrome.

If that doesn't work. I am working on releasing an macOS app that will allow you to update the device directly from it. It will take me a few weeks to get it finalized though.

If you are comfortable, there are tools from Espressif that you can use on a Mac, but you will need to install the IDF environment. Let me know and I can point you in the right direction!

@StuckAtPrototype Hi I was using Chrome with no luck, I can wait until you get a Mac App created.

I'm still having unstable data, do you want me to wait until I can update or do you think it needs to be replaced?
