Remove anaconda channel

Since anaconda's 2024 licensing changes, channels belonging to the anaconda org, such as the anaconda channel or the main channel (as included in the default channels), require a commercial license from the Anaconda Inc. business entity. As a conseqence, using these channels for a tool's software environment prohibits many organisations from using this tool.

Proposed fix

If possible, use Free alternative channels.
