Daemon_Conf: Investigate hard-coding `addnode=*`

Is this still needed to be hardcoded? what happens if one of these IPs is dead? We do not want to maintain a gross list of IPs if possible.

It will just remove it from the list if the node isn't there.

It sounds like we can leave these for now.... BUT the formatting of looping over the conf file with the list of IPs would be a nice ansible-ized addition.
