Request: Allow to set the focus on an element

Great library!
I have a switch that only after turning it on than another edit text element will show up.
I want to move to that element and open the soft keyboard for input

In the meantime, I solved by getting the view manually from the form element and I set the focus to it

@Shailevy at what point did you do that? I tried in onViewCreated, right after initializing the FormBuilderHelper, but at this stage, editView on my field was still null.
