AMOEBA Force Field RESPA

Hello,

I am working with the AMOEBA force field on tinker9, for proteins. On AMOEBA's tutorial website, their recommended NPT configuration consists of the Bussi thermostat and Montecarlo barostat, with RESPA integrator and a 2 fs timestep. However, they do not specify the inner time step to use with RESPA (though it defaults to 0.5 fs). Hence, I am wondering what the most up-to-date recommendation is for inner and outer timestep with RESPA. Thank you!
