Very close! You're getting the hang of the grammar. The fire/water above a verb changes its form.

Water above wind makes it an instruction: "Berd and tode, talk to each other!"

Fire above wind makes it negated: "Berd and tode aren't talking to each other."

You could achive what you want in a couple of ways:
