Implement upload task for Eclipse download area #9
Description
Currently we generate a signed and packed P2 repository together with some metadata (used by some ancient Ant scripts). Uploading to the Eclipse download area is still meant to be done manually, which is no longer supported. We should have a task that does the uploading so we can publish everything in one step.
