Symptoms
In multiple cutscenes there are screens that under Windows display things that the characters observe. Under Linux with Proton the screens appear as if turned off. Loading screen at start is also the old TV calibration test image instead of the real image shown under Windows. It is most likely the same glitch causing both.
Reproduction
Play the first hour of the game until reaching a scene inside the security office. Or just launch the game if focusing on the TV calibration part of it.
