Bug Description

I went onto creative mode and i got packs of stuff by middle clicking (mouse button scroll wheel click) and then it randomly happened. it happened twice in the same thing but its not on a specific item for some odd reason.

also i was on 1.21.11 on my client(wich is also fabric and doesnt have viafabricplus btw) and the server is also in 1.21.11

Additional Server Info

no, i use fabric and barely any mods that conflict, like only the classic optimization mods ferrite core, lithium though the one that like has the highest(5%) chance of somehow doing the crash is server core. wich i do doubt

I am also seeing the same error with a 1.21.11 client joining a fabric 1.21.11 server. This issue does not appear to be limited to creative mode. Viaversion, viabackwards and viafabric installed

I am seeing this issue too, you can downgrade to ViaFabric-0.4.21+158-1.14-1.21 to get it to work.
