display_override manifest member is not parsed/processed anywhere #120
Description
As far as I can tell, there is no algorithm in the manifest incubation spec that actually parses/processes the display_override member. In https://wicg.github.io/manifest-incubations/#display_override-member we read from the processed display_override member, but https://wicg.github.io/manifest-incubations/#extensions-to-processing-the-manifest doesn't actually process it, so the field is never populated in a processed manifest.
