Rework week 0 content

The week 0 content could be improved with the addition of pictures showing the steps to install things.

Additionally, is conda the best way to distribute python - especially if we are using pip later for installing packages?

Resolution from second meeting:

• conda is good for target audience, and it is fine to use pip as it works transparently with it
• Pictures are not really required to be added to the instructions - they are not the problem
• Separate guides for Windows and Mac, along with testing for both would be beneficial
