As of now, SAIO does not properly support Big's cameos. Big's model is imported into the root scene and is removed when exporting. This removes the cameos outright from the events that use it, and while it's not absolutely essential, I do believe all ends should be accounted for with this tool.
What I think should be done is to have an additional field in the event root where you can set up a Big cameo for a scene you want by selecting a model and its animations. A group holding the model(s) can be added and sent to the events that need the cameo.
