Add a button to restart server easily

It is very common for the web server becomes unresponsive when importing manga from the ios app. This is solved by restarting the server, which usually involves:

1. Closing the app via task manager
2. Disabling the server, reopening the server config window, then enabling the server

I find this unwieldy, so I believe there should be a button that restarts the server without having to open the config window, considering how often this scenario pops up.
