Keep getting kicked by Battleye even after uninstalling Yimmenuv2 [Enhanced, no FSL]

Problem

Put this under request since it doesn't seem to be an bug issue with the menu itself, just its after effects

Title pretty much sums it up

After using Yimmenu to do things like spawn in and keep cars, skip heist setup / instant finish heist and the casino chip thing (only did about once or twice, i was aware it was risky) I wanted to play normally with my friends who don't mod, i just wanted a bit of a headstart plus the option to just skip heist set ups and just do the finale with friends was cool

However after using yimmenu and trying to play legit I would randomly get kicked by battleye

I can play with friends occasionally but eventually the game would either boot me back to mainmenu or force restart my game (this happens alot when trying to start a job) it can also just happen instantly as soon as i boot into online

I was on the epic version, switched to the steam version and it still happens

I deleted yimmenu folder from %appdata%, deleted the Rockstars documents folder, uninstalled and reinstalled battleye, and even deleted the rockstars folder in local data as well, verify files everything

I still have the yimmenu dll in my drive but gtao is in a separate drive so i dont think it can scan the dll

I'm just sort of looking for advice, am I banned, safe, etc? I'm just lost and couldn't really find a definitive answer online

It's been known for a while that the more times you fail BE's heart beat (i.e you're playing with others and BE is off) it can shadow ban you for a while as a result. Sounds like that's happening here.

Only fix so far is to just not cheat for a bit, keep BE on and keep rejoining and hoping it eventually times out and goes away. It's likely the shadow ban will be back though the next time you go online with BE disabled and go back to failing the heart beat a large amount of times so just keep that in mind.

bruh i dont use battleye yesterday i join without mod and battleye enabled all works fine and i have my money xD

@FIying-Scotsman I tried not playing for 2 days, as I saw that worked for some people, I would continuously play even with the battleye kicks. After not playing for 2 days I was able to do one job with a friend and then I got kicked by battleye.

Is there any way to tell how long you're shadowbanned for? I literally tried everything and it still happens, I've been playing with BE on, and I've uninstalled yimm from my system and even tried deleting and verifying files
