After completing a multiplayer custom game, nightwatch posts the zero-k.info link to the replay. Sometimes, when clicking this link, the lobby is removed from my screen and I can no longer access/interact with it (no fullscreening, I can't make it the active window, it's invisible). I tend to force quit and restart the game after this occurs. The link does tend to open. Sometimes it opens in the steam overlay (I have since disabled this so it no longer happens.) and sometimes it opens in my native browser (firefox) and sometimes it's now opening in the steam desktop client.
Links have a long history of poorly interacting with steam and general clicking anyway.
