DeskTop

• Fix File > Duplicate if parent window's icon is showing.
• Fix mispaint when using Ctrl+X when renaming an icon.
• Fix dragging to trash after a file move.
• Fix Shortcuts > Add/Edit a Shortcut... radio button initialization.
• File > New Folder, Rename, and Duplicate no longer have ellipses (...).
• Make Apple and Shortcuts menus consistently not show separator if empty.
• Fix IIc+ drive polling

Disk Copy

• Fix progress bar display for large disk copies.

Desk Accessories

  • Round up bank counts from Slinky memory if needed.
  • Don't report ZIP CHIP on IIc Plus. (#795)
• Show Image File: Don't attempt to preview volume or folder icons.
• Show Font File: Prevent crash if no icon is selected.
