Installation Error

For using Rare-disease-identification I tried to install Dockerised SemEHR .
At docker build step I am stuck
docker build -t semehr/core - < Dockerfile

The build start well but it fails for the following command (line 43 in the Dockerfile):
RUN cd /opt/gcp/gcp-2.5-18658 && ant
Please help me out !!

Thanks for your question. I see that you have a post in CogStack/CogStack-SemEHR#2 (comment) too. Hope there will be some reply on the issue.

We actually installed the Minimised SemEHR version to process the MIMIC-III radiology reports, maybe it is worth having a try if that helps.
