Some confusion about state "removed"

There are some inconsistencies when finding enters state "removed" which is usually caused by a library having been updated to a newer version:

• In the list which is pointed to by the "resolved" chart the removed entries show up with status "removed". However, when using the filter for the status, the status "removed" does not have to be selected for the entries to appear. Instead, the entries still seem to be associated with their previous state, e.g. "no threat".
• The "All" chart shows a numerical count which seems to comprise the "removed" entries. However, the chart itself does not show the entries correctly. See screenshot.
