Create org.flathub.VerifiedApps.txt for flathub verification (#825)

Adds flathub verification file so we can prove the domain belongs to us. https://deploy-preview-825.www.actualbudget.org/.well-known/org.flathub.VerifiedApps.txt When merged it will be: https://actualbudget.com/.well-known/org.flathub.VerifiedApps.txt
