Docs don't mention a few things that would be super useful

I'm just starting out with the wonderful zbitx. But I find myself floundering with some UI issues that are basically just not covered in the documentation I can find.

1. When I use the web UI I cannot understand how to change the various settings.
   1. It would be helpful if these allowed you to type a new value (e.g., for audio or sidetone volume or FT8 audio frequency and etc.) or at least to describe how you change these.
   2. I cannot see how to tune the VFO frequency. I can drag with the house and it moves a rough and seeming almost random amount, but this is crude and inaccurate. Can I enter the VFO frequency somehow? Can I use arrow keys or buttons on the web page to adjust up/down by fixed amount (10Hz, 100Hz, 1kHz, 10kHz, etc.)?
2. The onscreen resistive "touch" I have similar issues. I want to be able to control it more cleanly for VFO freq, volume, etc. and I cannot see how this is done. If I click on the sidetone level button, how do I adjust up and down? It's just not explained anywhere and it's unfortunately not intuitive to me.
