docs(docs): Add n8n notes, trading terms and image asset

Add docs/n8n.md to document n8n workflow and data
sources (YouTube subtitle extraction, Claude API, Whisper
for podcasts) and reference the new image at assets/image-13.png.

Add a trading terms note listing acronyms: MA, BBAND, CDP,
VO, KD, MACD, RSI, DMI.

Update docs/career.md with a YouTube link and a short
personal comment
