Annotator package with NO npm ?

Hi,

is it possible to publish zip-ed bundle to download and extract all modules locally. npm is sucks. I ave tried to configure Annotator with npm spending all day, no way. Could you please publish the zip-ed (..and I hope and tested) bundles for Windows and Linux? Then people can download and install lovely Annotator in minutes instead of trying to setup all proxies and all other nightmare.

Sorry, I mean archived. Then we don't need to use it for installation.

Albert,

I have another offtop question. Could you advice how to configure
Annotator on Tomcat + mySQL instead of usage Node.js? I created RESTful
json web service to post the annotations in to database but it is not clear
how to configure Annotator to store the annotations calling web service.
Could you help having very good experience using annotator?
