Installer failing with aarch64

I guess installer was build on amd64. Then it is usable only on amd64 VMs. @prigit1 - can you confirm the installer was downloaded from github? In GitHub action, we build only for amd64.

For arm64, we need to build it on arm64. I tested this manually.

For GHA, we would need additional runner, or would need to complicate CI with qemu and CPU emulation. Per https://github.blog/changelog/2025-04-14-windows-arm64-hosted-runners-now-available-in-public-preview/ - this is not just one-line change in runs-on: line.
