@kaiokmo I was focusing on the related PR for ansible-rulebook so I did not come back to this one. The pre-commit CI is failing and it seems to be a problem with Python 3.9 support with the current mypy version that we are using. |

This adds a deprecation warning for filters and event sources that are moving away from ansible.eda collection to become ansible-rulebook builtins. It is connected to this PR in the ansible-rulebook repo: ansible/ansible-rulebook#854.
