Feature option to specify Claude Code version

It'd be helpful to be able to specify the version of Claude Code to install, so that devcontainers remain consistent across the team and we don't run into "works on my machine" issues.

Similar to the "version" parameter that the AWS CLI feature accepts: ghcr.io/devcontainers/features/aws-cli
