Question about the Oracle versions that PlSqlParser.g4 supports

Hey, I notice the first comment in PlSqlParser.g4 saying that this is a "Oracle(c) PL/SQL 11g Parser" so I would like to know if it supports higher versions like 12c, 19c, 23c or 26ai.

I would think that the version stated in the grammar is incorrect at this point. (It needs to be removed ASAP.) That said, the grammar has undergone incremental changes over the years rather than a separate directory (grammar) per version. The rule is that it's supposed to parse the "latest" version of the language.
