“Add port” (+) becomes hard to click when an operator has ≥3 ports #4028

Task Summary
After adding three or more ports to an operator, the + control for adding additional ports overlaps with port labels due to layout constraints, making it very hard (sometimes impossible) to click at normal zoom levels.
