Plan for Timescale and Clickhouse?

Kudos & super excited to see the future of Kubeblocks.
Was just wondering if DBs like Timescale and Clickhouse are in the roadmap? 👀

Hi, Clickhouse has been already supported, you can try it following the examples: https://github.com/apecloud/kubeblocks-addons/tree/main/examples/clickhouse

We welcome community contributions on other engines like Timescale.

Just one more question. I went through the list of supported DBs but its a bit over my knowledge right now. Was wondering if any of these Dbs are an alternative to Presto? or rather can do cross db queries 🤔

Currently, KubeBlocks does not support query engines that can run cross-database queries, such as Presto or Trino. However, KubeBlocks does support data warehouses like Doris and StarRocks, which allow you to synchronize data into the data warehouse for further analysis and querying.
