Eventsource and Sensor leader election and crash

Hello! So we are using AE on our openshift and not HA mode. We use Kafka as our Broker, and deploying 1 replicas of EventSource and Sensor. But still it tries to elect a leader as we see and crashes a lot with error "Leader Election Error". But its not HA, how can we simply turn it off?

We have the same issue. Our event source is restarting (hundred of restarts) because of leader election timeout. (We use Kafka and don't enable HA. ie: replica at 1)

This configuration looks aggressive 2 seconds with 1 retry.. default config may help (5 retries in 10 seconds) ?

Or may we provide some config for it ?
