Renovate config for argocd-helm chart version

g'day everyone,
I am trying to configure renovate and I am running into a strange issue that I dont understand.
This is my customManager

and this is a part from the software_verstion.hcl:

running renovate it detects the right version and even tells me how old it is etc. But its does NOT show updates:

did someone faced a similar issue? or is here a renovate pro that can help me?
