Assigned Epic Child Issues Show Unassigned on Epic

Describe the bug
In the VSCode Extension, when viewing an Epic the underlying Epic Child Issues show Unassigned even though all Child Issues are Assigned

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on Epic in either Assigned JIRA Work Items or Custom JQL Filters
2. Observe Epic Child Issues and see Unassigned for all issues
3. Confirm that Issues are actually assigned either in JIRA or in VSCode Extension by clicking on issues

Expected behavior
The Epic Child Issues section on the Epic should show the Assignee value for all assigned issues.
