Improve documentation around storage fee funds #89

Below is a picture of a wallet balance compared to the staking interface. Note that the staking interface correctly shows the 400K staked tokens, with 80K of them in the Storage Fund. The wallet only shows the staked position, not the portion of tokens that are now in the staking pool.
This difference in amounts has proven to be a point of confusion to users in that their wallet balances appear to decrease when they are staked. It is not clear if anything can be done on the wallet side, so it makes sense to try and explain this on the Auto Portal UI to make it clear to people they haven't lost any funds.
One option could be to include something on the UI "See a different staked balance in your wallet?" or similar with a tooltip or link that explains the behaviour. It may be beneficial to link the Storage Fee Funds Primer.
