[Bug]: Incomplete list of EKS access policies

What happened?

The list of EKS access permissions on Security > Cluster Access Management API > Understanding Cluster Access Management API page is incomplete. There are many more default access policies in an EKS cluster, which are not listed on this page.

What did you expect to happen?

The page should either show a complete list of policies or mention explicitly that the listed polices are only some of them.

How can we reproduce it?

1. Visit the URL: https://preview.eksworkshop.com/docs/security/cluster-access-management/understanding and check the partial list of policies.
2. Run the command aws eks list-access-policies to see the full list of policies.
