Add n8n-nodes-agentcore-browser npm package v0.1.0

- N8N community node for Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Browser automation
- Supports AI Agent mode with natural language instructions
- Includes Playwright integration for browser automation
- Dual authentication: AWS credentials + custom API credentials
- Three operation modes: Agent Instructions, Run Script, Navigate & Extract
