SDK version 3.352 has broken lambda execution

Describe the bug

In this version I am getting Unknown error. returned from a lambda execution.

I have rolled back to 3.351 and all is working fine.

Apologies at the lack of detail, I'm not really sure what else I can provide, I have looked through logs but nothing is standing out.

I have tested on multiple environments, 3.352 is clearly the issue.

Uncaught (in promise) ServerError: Lambda Execution Exception for Wnx\SidecarBrowsershot\Functions\BrowsershotFunction: "Unknown error.".

Expected Behavior

The lambda executes fine on previous versions of the sdk

Current Behavior

Unknown error.

Reproduction Steps

Upgrade and run lambda function.

I am using https://github.com/stefanzweifel/sidecar-browsershot

Rolling back to 3.351

Hi @patrickomeara,

Sorry to hear about the issues. If possible, could you add 'debug' => true to your Lambda client configuration and share the output here? Make sure to redact any sensitive information, such as account numbers.

Edit: Or if you're unable to get debug logs for the failed call, could you tell us exactly which Lambda operation and SDK version you were experiencing issues on (i.e. 3.352.x)?

Hi @patrickomeara,

Tracked down aarondfrancis/sidecar#161, which is a result of some changes we've made to the SDK to address AWS protocol compliance gaps. We've stopped deserializing (and serializing) empty response elements, which we realize is a sharp edge for those depending on these fields. Nonetheless, our behavior there was not correct and needed to be updated.
