[feature] dependency management?

How about an attribute for dependency management to actively being able to set depends for js assets being able to control load order? If there is interest I could assist in implementing such a feature.

how about using JS modules for such things? I think that is the intended way of doing things in v12+ and is much faster than loading order with <script> tags

yes for newer/more complex projects I setup webpack for such things. For some small (complexity or budget) projects its kind of overhead.

I could try to provide code for dependency management if there is general interest? I already thought about coding a new asset-manager - right before I figured out there are some new approaches already (aside of vhs which just does too much more than only that).
