Not completed:

1. There is no button to attach documents. The application have custom file attachments workflow and didn't use default approach which is provided through the streamlit.

If you need to add file upload, you can specify .env variable ENABLED_FILE_UPLOAD_MESSAGE with string "Upload a file" it will provide a sidebar for uploading.
