When moving minutes hand past the 00 mark, the hours keep incrementing

I'm not sure if this is intended functionality, personally I don't think the hours should update at all if the hours hand is moved passed the 00 point. At the very least the hours should go back and forward and not continually increment as they currently do.

This only happens when you click and drag the hours hand to either side of the 00 point.
