I'm using Fedora 43 with Gnome, and I recently got a Logitech G29. I installed the flatpak of Oversteer from the Software app and copy & pasted the commands to install the permissions, but I still can't use the spring effect, damper effect, or friction effect sliders, they're permanently set to zero. The other settings work as expected. It seems to be exactly the same regardless of whether the wheel is in the regular PC mode or if I use the button combo to switch it to PS3 mode.
Is this normal, or did I somehow mess up the install process?
Either way, thanks very much for developing and sharing this project! I really appreciate apps like this that help prevent any need to use Windows.
