Make the runtime dependencies simpler

I was wondering if anyone would be open to supporting a much simplistic runtime dependency.

At the moment there is mongo, Redis, mariadb, envoy.

I am using SQLite and able to easily run it fully scaled out and redundant using LiteStream. It can even run in serverless environment. Litestream is what Fly.io uses to run very large clouds .

I am guessing that mongo db and other things are providing schemaless patterns for Runtime extensibility ?
