A couple of possible dataviz related ideas?

As I mentioned in the gitter channel I would like to add one or two more ideas around data visualization.

@rtobes @marina-manrique do you have any suggestions? (I mean, for what could be interesting from a biological point of view)

So far the only thing I came up with is a query builder using http://www.popotojs.com/

Any more ideas?
